Perhaps some of the members from Scotland can provide some additional information about these two Coutts brothers William and Patrick in America. There seems to be quite a bit of mystery as to exactly where they came from and their background.

I originally ran across the Rev. William Coutts while reading a biography on Thomas Jefferson.
