Doug Coutts has not received any gifts yet
I come from a long lines of Couttses from around Ballater - -my GGGGfather Donald Coutts was born in the Parish of Crathie and Braemar in 1786. His father was a James Couts (one t) - born in 1766 in C&B to Donald Couts born 1749, whose father was James Coutts who married Janet Stewart about 1736...
I splashed out on one of those dna testing kits, and was initially disappointed to find I'm not a Gael or a Celt but a Viking - haplogroup I1. I'm having the results checked as I've never been one for pillaging.

Good Day,
How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you,but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on ( pollardjames95@gmail.com ) for the full details.Have a nice day
Thanks God bless.
I'll be in Ballater starting tomorrow through Monday morning! I hope to have lots of good photos.
Hey Doug- The trace back to Ballater interested me. I can trace back to my 3rd Great Grandfather William Peter Cout(t)s who immigrated to Ohio from New Jersey. I have no farmal trace back to Ballater but it has been said that is where our family moved to the US from. I even know the name of the house or property there but it escapes me at the moment. I'll find the info later and send along. Regards
Rob
