Shields are the best I could find at present they are wrong colour or erased of pheon upside down etcNote: the above arms are close approximation s downloaded and edited from google. They have some inaccuracies such as antlers wrong colour, pheon upside down, caboshed and not erased

Sir Walter Fleming Coutts, KCMG, MBE (1912–1988) was a British colonial administrator and was Uganda 's last Governor before independence . Later Assistant Vice-Chancellor Warwick University. His brother was Frank Coutts. (later GCMG tbc)
